We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
To start a return, contact support with your order number, the item name, and the reason for return. We will provide return instructions and next steps.
If the item is damaged on arrival or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds are processed after inspection and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your original payment method. COD refunds are handled via store credit or bank transfer.
Return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to a fulfillment error.
Non-returnable items
Opened items, clearance items, and personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.
Gift cards and digital products are final sale.
